As Candidate Trump in 2016, Trump says he wants to get rid of Obamacare, but as President Trump, he made a half-assed effort to repeal it as John McCain voted it down. He then says as President Trump that he's not going to terminate Obamacare. The guy is a liar and all over the map, merely here to create more and more confusion.
