Trump getting more desperate and threatens to hit Iranian Power Plants

Trump is trying to save face as he walks into another round of negotiations with the Iranians. If you're obliterating the Iranians as bad as you say you are, why the threats? Just do what you're doing. It's pretty obvious the Iranians are NOT trying to win militarily, their objective is to bring down the US and perhaps even the Global Economy to make any and all super powers think twice about messing with Iran ever again.
